5 Tips to How to Ease Weather-Related Joint Pain

Changes in temperature, barometric pressure, and humidity are reported to be factors to have stiffness and joint pain. I would like to share with you 5 tips to feel better during this season and your body will be prepare for winter.


1.- Stay warm. For example if you are driving with your heater on, and you need to open your window, cover your neck. Many people mention neck pain due to temperature change. Cover your body with a blanket while you're sleeping.

2.-Release your muscles and joints with an Osteopathic Treatment. An Osteopathic Treatment is an important element to work out any tight knots of muscle and release your joints. Getting an Osteopathic treatment helps to work into areas that you can’t otherwise reach.

3.-Be active. The muscles need to keep moving in order to maintain muscular tone, dress properly for outdoor activities or plan indoor activities. Yoga and swimming are great options.

5.- Take a bath. Take a bath instead of using heating packs. A hot bath heats the muscle tissues at a much deeper level because the excess heat has nowhere to go while heating packs don't hold the heat as long.
