Service Description

Book your 100 Minutes Osteopath treatment Please not arrive earlier than 5 minutes of your appointment, there is a gap between appointments to sanitise. A medical history will be taken and treatment will be done Please bring any relevant information including X-rays, MRI or scans and a list of medications you are taking. It is recommended that you do not plan any major exercise or activity for the rest of the day after your treatment. Please wear comfortable clothing ie yoga pants, sports bras, vests, running leggings, shorts, lightweight pants, t-shirt, etc. You are also welcome to ask a friend or relative to accompany you and be present throughout your appointment. I look forward to meeting and working with you !

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full treatment cost.
