Arthritis?

A daily question that I receive is: do I have arthritis and what can I do for my arthritis?


Arthritis is a medical term that means inflammation or pain in the joint. The joint is the union between two or more bones, if you are having pain in your shoulder, knee, ankle, neck or back and is a constant pain, this pain restricts your mobility and diminishes your quality of life. You might have arthritis, 1 in 5 Canadians live every day with arthritis.


The cause of Arthritis is different from one person to another. Unfortunately, there is not a complete cure for Arthritis, however with an appropriate treatment you can have a better quality of life, Osteopath treatments is one of the options to reduce your pain, swelling and stiffness and increase the range of movement in your joint(s), your manual osteopath also will give you exercises and lifestyle advice to help you to manage your symptoms.
